The Prosecco DOC Tram & Jam was a sparkling success, bringing together 100 enthusiastic participants over four unforgettable hours of music, mingling, and, of course, Prosecco DOC. This unique event, organized by MWM Wine School as part of the Summer Sparkling Fest, celebrated the effervescence of summer with a fun blend of live entertainment, gourmet pairings, and the delicious flavors of Prosecco DOC.
A Unique Journey on the Iconic Hong Kong Tram
Participants hopped on a one-of-a-kind journey aboard the iconic Hong Kong tram, with four sessions running throughout the evening. Each 45-60 minute ride offered a chance to savor the vibrant energy of the city while enjoying signature cocktails, Prosecco DOC by-the-glass from various brands, pop-up talks, and live grooves.
The tram transformed into a moving celebration of Prosecco DOC, adorned with vibrant décor that matched the festive spirit of the event. Music was provided by talented artists, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and lively.

Signature Cocktails by Eddie Nara: Guests started their journey with a refreshing Prosecco-inspired Glorious Belini crafted by renowned spirits expert and mixologist Eddie Nara.
Prosecco DOC Tasting: A curated selection of Prosecco DOC from various brands allowed participants to explore the diversity of this iconic Italian sparkling wine.
Pop-Up Talks: Engaging and informative talks about Prosecco DOC gave attendees deeper insights into its history, production, and pairing possibilities.
Live Music: Musicians provided the perfect soundtrack for the evening, adding to the festive and interactive atmosphere.
Gourmet Canapés: Exquisite canapés perfectly paired with Prosecco DOC elevated the tasting experience.

The Prosecco DOC Tram & Jam was a highlight of the Summer Sparkling Fest, a month-long celebration of Prosecco DOC across Hong Kong.
